Welcome to Carter Custom Cues

At the age of 13 Chad Carter worked alongside his uncle making long guns. This experience taught him what precision and craftsmanship really meant when making a good, solid, product. Using this experience, Chad began his cue making career in 1993 by repairing cues, and in 1998 he started building full custom cues in Owensboro, Kentucky. Being a pool player for over 25 years has also taught Chad how cues should play - and he incorporates a combination of these experiences into each and every cue that leaves his shop.

Chad is also a member of the International Cuemakers Association and is listed in the Blue Book of Pool Cues.

Each cue is signed "Carter" with an indication of the year made.
